Do you provide services to small events or even private use?
Yes, Polar Leasing is equipped to handle anything from the smallest weekend gathering to the largest national event. Rental periods range from 1-day to 12 months.

Can I purchase the unit I am renting?
In some cases Polar Leasing will allow the sale of a rental unit once the rental agreement has been fulfilled.

Is the unit ready to operate when it arrives?
Yes, simply supply power to the unit and it is ready to run. No refrigeration work is required on-site.

Who sets the unit in place once it arrives to my location?
All deliveries include the service of setting the unit in place and are handled by a Polar Leasing employee or one of our contracted freight carriers.

What are my options for operating temperatures?
Standard operating temperatures for coolers are 35 degrees. Freezers are available at 0, -10 or -20 degrees Fahrenheit.

Both 6' x 8' and 6' x 12' trailer units are available as coolers or freezers.

How quickly can I get a unit?
Turn around time is generally one week, but emergency service is available for faster deliveries.

We have sizes ranging from 8'x10' up to 16'x65' with the most common sizes being 8'x10' and 8'x20'
