Refrigeration Equipment

Polar King proudly features the finest and most dependable refrigeration equipment on the market today. Every Polar King unit comes standard with a Copeland condensing unit and a Larkin evaporator. All of our systems are installed, pre-wired, pre-tested and approved prior to shipment. There is no need for a refrigeration contractor on-site when your walk-in is delivered.

A simple electrical connection from the building to the unit is the only thing required to put the unit into operation. Most units are "plug" mounted providing easy conversion or retrofits of alternative refrigeration systems when necessary.

Coolers are standard with R-22 refrigerant and pre-set at 35° F. If you would like to have your unit pre-set to a different temperature please be sure to consult your sales representative.

Freezers are standard with R-404a refrigerant and pre-set at 0° F or -10° F, depending on which equipment has been specified by the customer. Freezer units are available down to -60° F. If you would like to have your unit pre-set to a different temperature, please consult your sales representative.
